ingredients
seedless dates-500 gms
melon seeds-1/4 cup
walnuts-1/4 cup
almonds-1/4 cup
sesame seeds-1/4 cup
poppy seeds-1/4 cup
raisins-1/4 cup
cashewnuts-1/4 cup
oats-1tbs
ghee-1 tsp(to grease your hands)
method
2. dry roast all the dry fruits one by one except raisins
3.grind dry fruits either coarse or fine, i did not grind melon seeds,oats and raisins.
4.heat a heavy bottom pan n add dates to it....heat dates till it becomes soft. if u find dates little hard, add very little water to it.
5. when dates become soft ,add ground dryfruits to it and mix well and heat it together till it leaves the sides of kadahi.
6.now let it cool (little warm)
7. now grease ur hands with ghee and make ladoos out of it.
