soya nuggets-1 cup cooked
onion small-1diced
ginger paste-1/2tsp
garlic paste-1/2 tsp
chilli powder-1 tsp
garam masala-2tsp
chaat masal-1 tsp
gram flour-1tbsp
rice flour-1tbsp
coriander chopped-1 tbsp
cyrry leaves-9-10
salt to taste
oil-for frying
method
1.grind cooked soya nuggets to a coarse puree
2. now add everything to it except onion, gramflour and oil and again grind it coarse mixture
3. now remove this mixture in a bowl and add gramflour and onion to it.
4.if needed add more gramflour.
5. now make small balls and fry.
6. sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
