moong and chana pinni

ingredients

roasted gram powder-500 gms
roasted moong powder-500 gms
dry fruit total-500 gms
 almonds-75 gms
melon seeds-75gms
 poppy seeds-75 gms
 dry grated coconut-75gms
 raisins-150gms
 fennel powder-50 gms
sugar-500 gms
 khoya/mawa-300gms
 water-150 ml
 ghee-1/2 kg

method

1.grind all the dry fruit either coarse or to fine powder
2.take heavy bottom kadahi, add half ghee and roast gram powder till its colour change and keep aside
3.now in same kadahi add leftover half ghee and roast moong powder same way,add dry fruits and cook for while with it ,remove from heat  and mix to gram powder
4. in same kadahi add water, when it becomes warm add khoya and let khoya melt in water, add sugar and let it dissolve .
5.when it starts boiling (bubbles start)..remove from heat and add the dry mixture to it ,mix well
6. if needed heat again to mix it proprly
7.let it cool(little warm) , grease your hands and make small balls /pinnis out of it
