broken wheat/dalia-1 cup
peas-1/4 cup
chopped french beans-1/4 cup
carrot diced-1/4 cup
cauliflower-1/4 cup
curry leaves-15 leaves
onion-1 medium diced
mustard seeds-1tsp
green chilli-2
salt-according to taste
olive oil-1 tbso
pepper powder-1/4 tsp
turmeric powder-1/4 tsp
method
1.blanch all the vegetables in salted water and dry them
2.boil dalia in 1 and half cup of water to grainy texture with little salt
3. heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, when stats splutter add slit green chillies and curry leaves, fry it little.
4. now add onion and fry , add salt,pepper and turmeric powder to it, stir it and add blanched vegetables,cook for a minut and add boiled dalia, mix it well.
5,garnish with chopped coriander
