khoya peda

ingredients

khoya/mawa-1 kg
samolina/sooji-1/2 kg
ground sugar-1/2 kg+ 1 cup
ghee-1 tbsp

method

1.roast sooji in ghee to light brown colour
2. now add khoya to it and heat together till khoya melts n mixed to sooji.lower the flame meanwhile.
3. now add 1/2 kg ground sugar to it and mix it properly.
4.now switch off the stove and let the mixture cool
5. when the mixture is cool(lilltle warn)...take small portions and make little flat pedas(balls).
6. in another plate take 1/2 cup ground sugar and roll these pedas in it and keep aside.
